Company ppl are chill. Flexible timing. Initially when company was in growing phase things were good. No politics, good communication, good work-life balance.

Dislikes

Now company sank due to no-fund. They cut salary, they don't give salary. Job security is poor. Management is poor, initially things were good but now condition is poor, dissatisfaction and negative environment amongst employees due to poor salary and poor management condition.

Exactly nothing. Management knows nothing.

Dislikes

Work culture, problem handling, work life balance, growth aspect which is zero as only top management can get that benefit also the people who say yes to everything they say, never want to understand problem just imposition of hypothetical solution

Likes

The team is very friendly and helping in nature. They train very well to reach out to the desired client. I was into the field work where you have to be on field the whole day. Overall experience is good.
