Its been 6 months I am working with Docplexus. The company culture is very nice. Plus advantage is flat hierarchy and no politics. Everyone is enthusiastic and always ready to help others.

Low salary, no negotiation

There is something wrong with the Company. Zero job security, micro management, delayed salary every month and what not. Not giving fnf on time. Even top management left within span of 3-4 months. Mass layoffs also happened recently. Calling themselves Global doesn't make Docplexus global. One of HR, Design team lead should consult doctor as they are just frustrated even they also there job is not secure.

Worked there for 6 months. I had the worst experience in my life. There is no work-life balance whatsoever. You are repeatedly bogged down after giving your 100 percent on absolutely trivial matters. There is no room for error, even if you have a single typo you will be forced to create the entire deck again, and no encouragement for pitching your ideas. 100% hell hole.

Hi I am scrapping the barrel trying to find some positives but I guess the closest thing to approve was the Comrade dear with some coworkers who were in the same rocket boat.

I have got to be real here my experience was nothing short of a nightmare I bought every thing into this job what time my passion my sweat and tears and was it re-paid? With a termination notice that came out of nowhere it shatters every thing my plans my stability my trust in a system that I thought valued hard work you see the big shots the so called management and the CEO that living in their own little world where the bottom line is the only line they care about their sitting comfy in there I will towers tossing out people's livelihood like they have like they are yesterdays trash and let me tell you about the ripple effect it's not just about a job that was yanked away it was my place of mind my ability to provide for my family my sense of work and forward so that top dogs can save face or save a buck
