I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.

Likes

Strict Conditions for student. More emphasis on making students employable. Timely salary. Some people consider u as family.

Dislikes

Micro management Teachers have to do clerical jobs even after working hours. Salary is too low. Too much politics. Good teachers are not valued. Only who do praise a lot to higher authorities are continued otherwise you'll get break. Take advantage of your situation and pay you less salary compared to even juniors but only with degrees not knowledge.

Dnyanshree not teach a student but also they teach to employee all works, responsibility. Also the family culture between staff of dnyanshree is not seeing in other fields or society, i enjoy my work and my lifes 6 years with dnyanshree
