...nd their hr whom to call and ask for availability and then schedule interview... Lucky if there's any vacancy and you get interview, they will create a fake profile with cv, giving background experience of few months in the industry and also get you payslips etc. Then if u clear interview, mostly by luck and ur theory they taught, pray interviewer don't ask for practical search. You shall be gone. So now if u get selected, they will ask you to pay them some sort of amount of money or pay monthly that money like emi. In this 2-3 months that u pay them slowly, they shall help you in background with your job, or they would try to find and patch u up with any of their ex student in your company, and now they help you for sometime here and there... And puff... That how they work...

Dislikes

Everything mentioned in detail above. Search jobs, use Google and YouTube if you're coming in us it Recruiting yourself and get job, prefer not using botched up experience. Not right.

Help me choose New Regime or Old Regime for my salary revision

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st. My PF alone will cover 80C Also have additional 50000 contribution in NPS My HRA is around 25K per month (300000) Health insurance for family 28000 Mom's medical expense 30000 (No personal (Have medical complications) or corporate insurance unfortunately) I have a home loan however its under construction, so not eligible yet for tax benefits
