The supervisor who comes here thinks himself as Sameer Sir or Harpal Sir, he sees himself in their place and gets the relationship manager to work in his own way

I am glad to says that DMI HFC is best company because during pandemic situation of Covid19 DMI given salary on time to his employees with job security as no cost cutting

Only timing of office.

There is no job security, if you meet with an accident while doing office work and you are on bed rest, then people in the company demand your resignation and you do not even get your salary for those days although your accident happened while doing office work.

Need to improve on skilling employees

Earlier was good working experience during 2016 to 2021 and then working culture was change which is quite not good health for employee. Over all working culture and appraisal ratings not good yet.

Dislikes

Unnecessary work load create has to forse by sale to do others department which is not good sign to company for healthy portfolio. Unnecessary blamed to people who does work innocent and company purpose as per the policy.
