The Head of Department (HOD) from the Food and Beverage department tends to be abusive and does not recognize the responsibilities of dietitians, expecting them to act merely as food servers taking basic orders from patients. Additionally, the other HOD, who is a dietitian herself, displays a lot of attitude and seems primarily focused on her own outpatient clinic, disregarding the contributions of her fellow dietitians. She discourages collaboration, insisting that only she can provide diet charts to patients, which fosters a toxic atmosphere. Overall, the environment is hostile, with uncooperative and unkind teammates, leading to feelings of humiliation and distress. If you're looking for a place where you can feel supported and valued, this is not it.
