Working in company for female is very secure and good policy, rules and regulation for female.company is developing very fast compares to other competitiors.

Dislikes

salary srcture is too weak. And appraisal is done on basis of your position not according to work.and mainly salary increase is done on position basis not on your current salary. For employee view not so good and for holidays not given times to your family. Promotion hike is not so good and it is done from almost 4-5 years.

Stable job with well structured organisation which provides a good work- life balance.

Dislikes

... travelling and for few profiles the job timing may vary to any hour of the day. Salary paid to traveling employees is not beneficial over non travelling employees.

...9 that is why unfortunately I resigned from my job. Company policies are good... Salry hike is not much but they give bonus every year. Gaming and other activities are fun there.

They did not supporting me in this covid 19 and that is why I had to resigned from my job.

I like Avenue super mart ltd and there culture is too good but there is some managers creates problem to commercial person and target to junior for appraisal time...i am working there near about 2 years so hard to face there managers. wish you all the best

Compensation is so poor there is nobody growth. some time work pressure is very high i have to work 12-16 hours straight in a day but there managers no value hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step but no objection that time is pain sometimes.
