Culture If you work or not at the time of appraisal whom they like they will give rating and promotion. Work is not a important. Management will believe hearing from other employees and they will judge the person with using their brains. Biggest mistake carrying all the seniors. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
