Its a nice company but there are some problem also like promotion is very delayed and the salary is not enough and no increment. So overall its owsm place to work for those who studying now its a good place to learn and earn as a part time but if u looking for future then this conoany process is very long u have to be patent

I suggest don't work here If you working in back office then it's good either working in packer or cashier it's way too hectic

Dmart is the very good job placement. There are no more work load. In dmart there are nothing to target in any things, like sale, particular product sale etc. The most good thing for employee there compulsory to done there job only nine hour not more than nine hour. That is the plus point for all employee.

If you are blessed with supportive co-workers everything is good while working or else you just don't get enough free time to relax , i don't recommend doing full time as a cashier or working in any other section that requires a qualification of below a degree , in this Company , it is not worth it , it's very hard to get into higher position if you don't hold a degree.
