...bviously chance to promotion.Its good work place with challenging and learning . I love that management , On time salary , EL CL W/O very nice. HR department well behaviour n good co-operative. They are very punctual and professional , maintain discipline . Selling to customer very lowest price. Customer wanting to return that product so Directly cash refund. Customer services are very excellent.

Actually that time I m coming to my native place 1 month personal work after a systometics company rules resignation .

Every thing is good but salary was very low And stores management is not good Means not giving the opportunitys, Actually H.o tells the process But stores management was neglect the process and promotions and appraisals

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Company is growing well... It have to see the staffs too..means there is no salary issues ...the actual issue is that amount of salary... For 3p staff and officer there is no that much difference.... Sometimes 3p staffs getting more that F1 officers...
