If you are blessed with supportive co-workers everything is good while working or else you just don't get enough free time to relax , i don't recommend doing full time as a cashier or working in any other section that requires a qualification of below a degree , in this Company , it is not worth it , it's very hard to get into higher position if you don't hold a degree.

There is a salary issues ,career growth very very slow.i am working since2018 but not growth career ,and company not given importance for my qualifications

Dmart is the very good job placement. There are no more work load. In dmart there are nothing to target in any things, like sale, particular product sale etc. The most good thing for employee there compulsory to done there job only nine hour not more than nine hour. That is the plus point for all employee.

There are only one problem in dmart is salary is very low.

Salary is on time ,after that all is in bad condition .

Salary is very low compare to work .Work load is heavy , negligible growth,seniors are dominating over junior staff.all over time work is doing by standing position not allow to sit on chair ,like cashior ,packer and srt person .

D- mart help to college students providing part time job so they can do both things study as well as earning money no partiality happens everyone treat equally like family members.

Full timer salary package less and also it take so many years fro promoting any staff to upper level.
