No growth. Company treats employment as contractual. As soon as a project is over, you're either retained on poor terms, or you're asked to leave or they'll create situations wherein you'll resign yourself to avoid further ordeals. It's big from outside but is hollow from the inside

Good work environment and culture. Company policy is are good. Appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow . On the job training is not given to new join.

Mostly job is secured , job work culture , skills , work satisfaction , all is site based and as per site civil heads , every sr.vp level incharge itself run a small company of having 100 people under him

Dislikes

No defined kra , rating is just a myth , politics there ,favrotism there , apart from salary under extra major benefits not available at such extent , ano one knows anyone from another site , you are in a small circle of a site ,no job transfer and other HR involvements at site for employee connect.

Except good package nothing

Dislikes

No work life balance, insulting and humiliating enviornment, termination threat on every meeting to most of the employee by senior management, dirty offices, no HR support for employees, Till the interview and offer everything looks good but once you join they will show their real face. You will fill get trapped on the day 1.

DLF is technically very sound. I have been familiar with many Safety and security related things and at the same time how to manage them and keep their records orderly.

Dislikes

Duty hours. Being an executive we don't get Sunday. Apart from this we are paid a very less salary.
