It was an excellent experiences to work with DLF at Kolkata. Management of the company is friendly and culture of the group is excellent. Policies of the company is also so good.

...es. This is effected a company to bring the best resources from the open market. Also they have no actual pay scale as per company's rules and for that reasons I was earned very less salary apart from other who are not that type of efficient.

Good work culture. Fair and transparent Company policies. Fairly paid organisations. Full freedom of work.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Handling legal matters without proper legal support which does not add to my KRA.

...es. Although due to financial constraints, they have to cut salaries and jobs. But they have ensured that salaries are paid on time all through these years.

There is no job security for anyone and there is lack of intra-company communication which is very ineffective.

THE COMPANY IS OPEN TO INNOVATION AND READILY ADOPTS LATEST TECHNOLOGY.I LOVE THE FACT THAT I AM A PART OF A TEAM THAT MARKETS RELIABLE ,HIGH QUALITY PRODUCTS AND HAS A GLOBAL CLIENT BASE.AS A RESULT , BUT ON SITE TRAVEL IS COMPLETELY DEPENDENT ON YOUR PROJECT AND CLIENTS LOCATION.MINE IS A INDIA BASED CLIENT AND THEY HAVE SOME OFFICES IN GURUGRAM.ANOTHER PLUS POINT IS THAT MY COLLEAGUES COME FROM VARIOUS CULTURAL BACKGROUNDS AND WE WORK HAPPILY IN COLLABORATION.I ALSO LIKE THE EMPLOYEE RE-HIRE POLICY HERE.

COMPENSATION IS DECENT BUT GROWTH IS SLOW.THE WORK PRESSURE IS VERY HIGH.SOMETIMES I HAVE TO WORK 14-18 HOURSSTRAIGHT IN A DAYAS I HAVE TO ATTEND CLIENT CALLS IN THE EVENING AND SOMETIMES LATE INTO THE NIGHT.
