Bad Management, Frequent changes in CEO, current CEO a terrible woman with no leadership skills, zero people management skills, does not recognise talents, people with long stints are considered a threat, she constantly bullies and yells at team members, be-littles work and creates a threat environment. No one is happy working under such an idiotic individual. The so-called CEO is not sure about herself, utterly confused woman, raises eyebrows and looks at people as if they are here to clean the floor of the office

The Managers are very supportive and kind. They inspire you to achieve your potential and find projects that will complement your goals.

Dislikes

I worked at the Foundation for a year, and I did not come across any culture/practice that was unethical or that I disliked.
