Company is best, peace of mind guaranteed, work culture also best, get salary on time before month end

work life balance is excellent, job security is nothing after 13 years work with company HR suddenly one day call and say to 3 month notice period and you can leave at anytime in the period of starting CORONA, No any promotion get in 13 years, No training facilities. No support from Head office. Nobody care for site People.

Please dont work here especially lenscrafters. The work culture here is pathetic. They just create undue pressure on employee. I will never work in this organisation.

Work culture No work life balance They never supported their employees during pandemic. They fired all the trainees during the pandemic at a time where employees needed their support emotionally and financially.
