I'm working in dlecta food pvt. ltd in 6 month Anyone who wants to join this company pls. Read this also get some information about the company 1. Zero job security 2. Work satisfaction is zero if you work under store and dispatch you need to prepare yourself to load unloading vehicles without a helper 3. Store and dispatch helper are same no different departments 4. Management don't care about worker and helper in the store and dispatch 5. Zero safety in all factory 6. Lots of chemicals need to issue to production teams but no safety for chemical 7. No holiday no week off for store and dispatch 8.no manpower 9. During this 6 month lots of store executive and dispatch executives leave this job because of low management 10. Purchase team also not supporting 11. You don't have manpower and material to come to the plant you need to unload the vehicle yourself and no one asks you for help 12. overtime employers get free food but the food quality is very bad you will get sick 13. Company owner don't care there labor they working since 18 year and he will fire this person for very small mistake 14. Working under -20 temperature company not provide any safety

Honesty is the Best Policy. Politics people will be kicked off and then they play victim card. If anybody Disrespect their seniors on company review, then it shows their poor mentality. So No need to give importance to critics. Company is very good, if u will work, u will be awarded with good growth and next level promotion. Work culture is Good. All Team members are helpful. Job is totally secure, I see lots of people working since 15-20 years. As Company is in Rapidly Growing phase, so you have Lots of chances to grow. Do good, Have good.

It’s my personal experience,if you are good in work than it’s good for you.

Dislikes

The team which I used to work ,manager and the team leader both are so worse and because of them,no employee work under them, the behavior with female candidates are worst and they don’t treat them in good way, and it’s was the worst experience with Mr sombir lamba and Pranil parab. This both are the one who doesn’t let new candidate to stay in one organisation,they irrespect the female candidates and want to misuse the female candidate.
