Nothing much other than higher pay they gave while hiring.

Dislikes

They give whooping package but the variable / performance bonus is paid after completion of year , they don't pay on monthly or quarterly or financial year basis. It gets credited when you complete year with them i.e. on your work anniversary only. Every month they come up with new free/open-source tool without vendor support or trained staff on that tool.The tools are no value add as they are not used in global IT market . If you work based out of India , the HR and Reporting Manager in Kuwait or onsite location are never inline. They are not aware of process . Managers ask to work on weekends and say you can get comp-off however they again ask to login for few hours on comp-off day too. Process transparency is zero. They only have 1 HR in India where if you discuss anything about work culture or manager , immediately is shared with Manager . If you Leave company , the Country Head will call you cabin and utter some hurtful stuff to demoralise you.

Good culture and environment is very good all Prompt response and higher management will be very politely with employees in all aspects .

Salary will be paid on time but raise appraisal will not be on yearly basis

Nothing makes you happy, no work growth, no benefits, bad management, shit politics, cut from your salary, only promises, no respect for employees they treat them like machines and replaceable any time. Run away.

Good work environment and culture. Excellent team support and management, company policies are good and caring about employees.

Dislikes

Less job security, there is no internal movements and IJP's based on skills
