...e. No leaves on festive and they even don't approve leaves on special occasions. Poor pay but lots of work, they expect us to work but will pay only 12000.

Managers are good. Salary is less but incentives like night shift allowence is good.

Lot of work pressure. Lot of metrics targets you to achieve. Daily new policies. Continious work from shift start to end. Only 40 minutes of break.

...me. Not enough help from managers, they rarely reply back when a doubt is asked. Very less salary

Good opportunities for a fresher who has no other options than working in a tier 2 city , Interview is easy to crack . Fun on floor events and cultural events . No high pressure form managers . Flexible timings

Dislikes

Very low pay , too much repetitive work , no appreciation for any extra efforts that you put , future prospects are zero this is just a company for normal experience

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and management is transperant. There is a cafeteria and huge space for chilling. Company policies are good.

Dislikes

Salary is best for freshers comparing to other companies in Mangalore. But the career growth is slow for masters.. And hike is yearly once which is not much acceptable..
