Good opportunities for a fresher who has no other options than working in a tier 2 city , Interview is easy to crack . Fun on floor events and cultural events . No high pressure form managers . Flexible timings

Dislikes

Very low pay , too much repetitive work , no appreciation for any extra efforts that you put , future prospects are zero this is just a company for normal experience

Managers are good. Salary is less but incentives like night shift allowence is good.

Dislikes

Lot of work pressure. Lot of metrics targets you to achieve. Daily new policies. Continious work from shift start to end. Only 40 minutes of break.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and management is transperant. There is a cafeteria and huge space for chilling. Company policies are good.

Dislikes

Salary is best for freshers comparing to other companies in Mangalore. But the career growth is slow for masters.. And hike is yearly once which is not much acceptable..

The people with whom I worked are good. Only thing that kept me going. Apart from this everything is shit.

Dislikes

The compensation and benefits are very very poor, they company has some good clients but they don't have proper yearly hikes or benifits. One of the reasons for me to quit.
