I don't want to talk about anything because they have a very very bad culture at working and for employees.

Dislikes

Everything i hated here. There is no salary increament, working like hell, they doesn't even care. they want all employees just work under only 25k only.

There is nothing to like about this company.

Dislikes

Very unprofessional, inhuman expectations, they give zero respect to their employees, cheat them, deduct their salary for lame reasons, and fire them just because they do not say yes to every unjustified thing in the worst company ever.

It might take us forever to complete this list but here are a few -Underpaid: For the work they expect in short deadlines where there is 1 person each in the core team departments, you are getting peanuts -They select freshers so that they can easily be manipulated, harassed and overwhelmed with work with a salary of mere 20k -No travelling of any kinds is reimbursed -In the name of office you get a dining table and a boss who wears his boxers to work -You might have joined knowing its monday to friday but be ready to work everyday all the time- they expect you to have no personal or social life whatsoever -Hard not to mention: You would be liable or expected to work even when you are SICK!! Because apparently the team depends on you -Few “favourites” would always dominate you and no matter what the boss would always side with them -There is nothing new to learn here, you will just do the same thing over and over again like a mindless donkey. -The company doesnt want to spend even 1000 ₹ as investment for anything, so be it boosting or emails or shoots or new collection- everything is cheap and you will have to barter for everything - salaries are never cleared on time no matter how much profit the company earns -for a company who was established many many years ago, they still run like a startup- with no such thing as organised departments/team You will have to take up multiple responsibilities just because they dont want to hire more people -Be ready to be blamed if anything goes wrong. Nobody will understand you or give you an opportunity to learn whatsoever -There is a reason why their retention rate is such that you see the same openings on linkedin over and over again— Everybody quits, except for the favourites ofcourse -The boss has finances to take a trip around the world but not to provide workers with fair salaries or bonuses -They are repetitive and the only reason they are still in business is because they have competitive pricing

I worked at Diya Online in India for over 1 year in a Marketing capacity. Loved my role, loved the autonomous work experience. They really let you explore and take on whatever you want to do. The team culture was positive and overall really enjoyed my time here, helped me with defining my marketing career experience.

Highly unethical unorganised abrasive organisation that feels like it can trample upon people. Very unprofessionally run family business where you are asked questions about each and every marketing penny spent as if you spent it on yourself.

Nothing nice. Avoid at all costs. You will have to leave within a few months. Everyone does except a few favorites. 0 focus on retention because they know they won't be able to retain.
