...agement is transparent.There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. company policies are good appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address or issues. salary is decent but career growth is high...

...s good 👍 not fixed working hours generally working hours morning 9.30 am to 5.30 pm but due to pressure not can leave on time mostly work late in evening and not provide good salary structure as an assistant manager only budget was 6 lac.

Not proper reporting system and not focus on EHS

The salary hike and the learning new things new technology machine and many more as a fresher easily .

Probably our staff is so good and the worst part company management not so good senior person not properly talk with junior and the fresher employee .food quality is also poor .

Meat those type of line workers, who was a good heart person.

1. Late salary issue every time. 2. No one listen and help line workers,and gave them a forcefully overtime and when they request so they ignore them. but when they join in company no one say that this OT is compalsary. 3. Overtime payment is low, comparison to work.

No flexibility on work timing for top leadership positions and salary gets deducted for delay in punching by 15 minutes Top management is very undemocratic and dictatorship is at its peak Power is in hand of top few sitting in Noida office and leadership in factory is completely ignored and suppressed Attrition rate in factory top leadership is very high due to this Once the old guard of Dixon sitting in Noida finally retires things might improve and it may become a more humane place to work
