I Liked Supportive managers ,helpful staff, getting salary on time always without any delay, Always motivated to do new tasks always , also liked working atmosphere as its always happy & healthy. Celebrating every festivals very happily.

Just that i got salary raise than my past employer nothing more than that.

Pathetic HR rules which keep changing in anti employee way, if you are server engineer they will put you in desktop calls and outstation calls, if you are presales its equal to sales and you have to show sales results in 3 months else you will be asked to leave They will anytime ask you to leave if you refuse to do work other than your profile all in all its a mad house.

Not can join anybody in the contract base on company

... not so good on contract base,Once you know what the work will be befor joining.And the salary is fixed 21k beacause their Po has Double your valuation above 21 K it does not give salary to anyone.So Take all decision the on mail.No one attend once you join there beacause of the contract.If the job is not secure at all,they will tell you that 15 days before I will tell you but don't believe it beacause i came the day before and told you that the contract is going to end today's,So dont come from tomorrow.

...e team members. And the company conducts very good activities for the employees. Considering the employees, the company is quick to pay the salary to the employees on time.

As the company expands, one must think about how better software and technology will make their work easier for employees.
