Dixcy company is the only company give importance to their employees like a family, Salary will be come in time every month 30 or 31 without fail, provide all facilities to the employees like insurance, PF, ESI , Gratuity, Leave policy, rewards and awards, and Sports activities. Also company is involved in social awareness campaign like blood donor, trees planting.

Some employees are enjoying the company facilities well by producing very low productivity

Only Salary paid on time. Nothing else.

There is nothing to like....I worked in dixcy for last 11 years but last 4 years spent there like horrible. Management having no experience in garments Trade. So there is nothing satisfactory.

Dixcy textile is best company in supporting it's employees in lockdown dixcy gives full salary to sales employees also time to time organised meetings for sales employees regarding how to work in this current situation by taking safety measures overall dixcy provide job security , sallery on time , best guidelines for sales team etc

Salary variation between same category of employees. (Ex: newly joining persons are getting higher salary than the existing experienced employee invariably even though both are in same position)

Company management not good.company not grow t.s.o. ground person.only all facility for mangers.thats why all sales executive drop job.and all mangers remove company .due to no experiencetowhen need company target.they dont have idea to grow the sale.if ground staff are happy so all happy.but not intrest to give permotion to t.s.o .they bring from out without knowledge person.who don't have idea for hosier field work.
