Yearly salary growth cannot be expected , but it will be done with one shot when it happens .as per the experience and present living standards .

There are lot of aspects which needs a change. People at top level need to identify this and work for the same. Anybody looking for an opportunity here is better to research and then join in.

Too much politics. No employee benefitting activities, no recognition.people should join on their own risk.

Exposer to different type of building requirements, 360 degree exposure, free food.

No proper plan, every thing is urgent & important. Training/knowledge sharing requirement are not identified to upskill the teams. Language of few higher management persons are rude & unparlimentary (lacks professional, diplomatic).

I am working as an executive in Divyasree Developers for almost 3 years now. Over this period I have learned a lot and have grown too much as a person. I am working with some of the best colleagues and best seniors who never hesitate to guide juniors like me in the right direction. It's a very chill company to work in and we all know how important the work environment is. I actually work with smart guys who have a superior level of intellectual bandwidth and still have softer skills as well. to summarize, just go ahead and take a job in Divyasree if you get an opportunity. It will be worth it.

I love tha fact that iam part of team that markets reliable high quality products and has a globle client base.Learning are more works etc...

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high sometimes I have to work 14 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client call in the evening and somey late into tha night.also there is no on job training for freshers hence senior folks like for freshers hence senior folks like have to guide.
