I can say there are almost nothing good in this company. But actually there is one big plus in this segment if one is from tamilnadu or a tamilian, for them in some segments like retaining, appreciation, recognition there might be scope of liking this company but even most of these people doesn't like the work culture and politics. Only very few managers are there who are good at technical skills but because of the management pressure, even they are unable to function properly. Few colleagues are supportive and will help if we get stuck.

...otions & hikes - Poor 3. Office politics - So much 4. Work culture - terrible 5. Salary and benefits - Poor 6. Knowledge of managers - Terrible 7. Leave policy - terrible and many more So basically I had a lot of hopes while joining this company and even the team whom I was recruited told me many things about the company. But when joined I came to know about the reality. There will be a manager who handles many projects and talks like a person who is having so much experience but this guy doesn't even know anything technical. Most of the projects under him are failures and I don't how the management is still considering this guy. They even have a manager who doesn't have management skills but just because he is arranging events for the company they made him a manager. Not only him, but many managers also don't have technical skills. They struggle to clear when we ask some doubts. As they don't know to have technical knowledge, these guys don't take proper time from the client for development tasks and force employees to finish the task in less than half of the time. And also they say almost yes to everything whatever the client asks without knowing whether it can be don't or not and force employees to do it which causes the failures of the project. The work-life balance is terrible. They force us to work on weekends also most of the time and if we ask comp-off they say that the project is in a critical stage so now it's not allowed and take it at later point of time. And this will go on for at least six months. And now I will be having many comp-offs and leave balances together but they don't allow me to take those at a time stating that according to company policy, they don't allow me to take more than 2 weeks leave at a time. Even if one's family is not well they won't allow to take leave and will ask to do work from home. They don't allow even single-day work from home. If there is work, they say the teams cannot function properly if it's work from home. And if there is no work, they say that there is no work, work from home is not allowed. If there is a festival, they don't allow to take leaves at a stretch. Because of these guys, we have to stay here without going to our hometown. As they don't allow more than 3 days' leave at a stretch, and as I stay far from this place, I cannot go and come back soon. They will postpone the hike meetings. If one asks they will keep saying that it will be the next 10 days, the next 15 days, etc. And for most of the employees (except a few seniors who got stuck here for more than 5 years and most of Tamilians) they say that the performance is not that great so your hike will be less. Sometimes even if the client is happy with our performance, these guys say we expected more from you, perform better next time. There will be a lady who is chief resource manager and she is zero in technical and she foresees everything here. I don't know how the CEO is looking at this. Before she was just a HR but later she got into this resource management and after that, the company started its growth negatively. The funny part is whatever you ask managers, they will say to ask this lady. If an employee wants more than 3 days' leave and if he approaches his manager, he will say to ask this lady. All the project managers and a few management teams will nod their heads whatever this lady says. So one wants to be good in this company make sure to talk with this lady nicely and act nicely with her so that you can survive in the office. Nowadays they recruit 30 to 60 interns per year. They will exploit them saying that they will give opportunity. They will finish the project with these interns. Another funny thing is for the clients they will say they have 5 years of experienced candidates but in reality, they complete the project with these interns. The saddest part is they don't even have basic things like chairs. There will be only a few good chairs and for them, people will fight. Many times the chairs for broken while people are working and they fell. Even then these guys didn't change the old chairs. Such a pathetic state of this company. They don't have much parking space also. Every day it's a fight for parking. This is a very basic thing that they can't try to improve. There is no AC available. In summer it's a huge pain to work here. There will be only a few fans available and they don't provide it for everyone. There will be small fans for every pillar but they won't provide much air to all of them which it is supposed to cover. Another saddest part is they will arrange a hackathon but they will make it compulsory to attend and they will conduct them on weekends and they will cut the attendance if anyone is absent for that. Look at this senseless act. I survived in this company because of a few colleagues but there is zero support from the management. I can write even many. But if by any chance anyone got the opportunity to work here, they will be terrified if he/she doesn't have any offer. So finishing it.

I like few people there, they are very friendly and supportive.

Dislikes

Work culture is very bad, even during pregnancy they are not ready to give even 1 day work from home. And few managers are very bad, they don't know anything, they don't have any management skills , sometimes I feel like they are fake candidates. They are no proper chairs, no AC , no fans ,nothing. They don't have even a proper coffee machine, often it will not be in working condition. HR is very bad, she don't consider an employee as an individual who is having their own personal life, she expects them to work all the days in week and all the hours in day, if we question anything about that she ll be like we are paying so u have to work. Now her daughter is a new upcoming HR, basically it is like hierarchy. Even few manager's children is also like that. They will be giving the presentation in between the HR, for their training we should waste our time and listen to that presentations. In one word it is full of Nepotism. Only people from TamilNadu will be given better hikes and opportunities. Even interns from tamilnadu will be knowing about the things which are happening in the management. And mainly placements are only from TamilNadu colleges. This is because HR and founder of the company are Tamilians.
