More Rules & Regulations, more 12hrs duties. Less Leave, critical to take the leaves & Holidays, less benefits, worst Food in night shift 👎, Traveling problem from outside comers, bonus depends on our basic salary etc...

The only thing I like about divis is job security other than it everything is worst

...so problem for them we eat on their supervision by saying where we need to sit . The small companies who give 16k salary with free food and transport are much more better than divis where cuts everything in salary the main thing who cares about our health. They are saying like you are the one who care about you and I am obeying it but what about minimal safety precautions like proper gloves , proper food , transport.

Accommodation and 4years apart salary was Good I think so.

There is a lot of politics, they treat production department employees like slavories.mental illness problems more in our organization.meanwhile I become like a solid rock.Finally any problems I deal minute pressure compare to other persons I think so.I face 6months problems in Production block.Now I know the value of life by suffering alot and hardworking.Proud to say Today my position was very respective because Iam a EHS Supervisor. Only salary is good

Lot of work will be assigned for some people and no work for some people. And systems will not provide if required. I am asking for nearly 2 years for one system. Over time duties. Food quality is terrible.
