Politics plays a major role in divis lab.career growth is slow if you do extra hours at work you will not get extra salary. Here cast played a major role in getting you a different position or different role in company.

good teammates, nice job security, carrier growth also superb, salary also nice, travel was poor, work was superb, but too heard working in FDA (Food Drug Administration) timing was too worst because at time 12 hours duties will held, but they don't give even one rupee also they won't give any employee. Some times extra timing also will be there in in this company. In this company my work was EHS supervisor. EHS work was extraordinary.
