Job security , getting salary on time. They are following social distancing . mask and sanitizer has been provided by the company.

No growth , very poor management , No union. No respect , all supervisor and workers are being treated equaly. Employee have to follow workers related work.(painting , cleaning etc). No leadership quality , all are followers.Always have a point to extend your increment.Most of the time you have to work some more hours then your actual time.

Salary and benefits as well as food and accommodation are good. Job security is well.

Totally ignore to the technical people's like B.Pharm B.Tech, all are bound to work in production..... Not any promotions.....

...so problem for them we eat on their supervision by saying where we need to sit . The small companies who give 16k salary with free food and transport are much more better than divis where cuts everything in salary the main thing who cares about our health. They are saying like you are the one who care about you and I am obeying it but what about minimal safety precautions like proper gloves , proper food , transport.
