There is good and friendly environment. There is no toxic culture. People are respectful. Owner is good person and respectful to everyone.

...to grow, technology is very old and obsolete 6. Bonus is not given to anyone 7. Variable pay is a joke, they will make you cry for it. Mostly it’a not a professionally run organisation. Come here if you don’t have a job or if you need money. Don’t come here if you want a career.

Company culture is good but management is not good . And not full phil any commentment. Work place environment also important cheching. I'm not satisfaction my job . But I like company owner is very helpful and just like father feel🤗 ... But other person management is very poor.

Working culture is great. Everyone is very helpfull and supports you in your work if you get stuck anywhere. Work management is too good staff is also good and well trained. Got a good exposure of the industry and learnt alot in excel.

Disappointing Interview experience. Their office looks worst than a low maintained go-down. Not at all an employee centric company. They treat employees like laborer. Disappointing interview experience. HR manager 'Priya' lacks professionalism, she was loud, talking arrogantly, scratching all over while talking, lacks courtesy & basic respect, etc. The MD Jignesh Shah talks very arrogantly with interviewees. He was disinterested in hearing about qualifications & experience. It is essential for any company to remember that the interview process is not just an evaluation of candidates but also an opportunity to showcase their values and culture.
