I have the pleasure of working at Diviana for almost 8 years, and i can confidently say it is a rewarding experience. The work culture here is very good as the team is supportive and there is a strong teamwork. They motivate towards taking the responsibility & ownership of work. The company's overall culture is incredibly positive, with a strong focus on growth, both on a personal & professional level.

Diviana is the best company i have experience for skill development and learning. The mentorship i received was exceptional and i had the opportunity to work with various architectural projects which will be going to enhance designing skills ..,it is absolutely amazing working with anisha mam and hardworking Kapil Chopra sir.

The only like is that the hospitality is good.

The work life balance is totally destroyed in the company. Seniors are not at all co-operative also you will not get any promotion or apraisal from your manager/boss, unless you will loose your original identity and confidence after working in diviana. Soo much politics specially in the design department and it is only done by seniors. They don't want there juniors to grow.
