I like the structure of learning here The cirtifications to the operators based on there performance and knowledge and taking test based on the machine and security and other aspects

Some people are not follow the rules And some there is looby is done to certain department

Various mfg. Processes are there in Sirsi & Shivare plant it's good for learning.

Dislikes

1. Poor supplier response due to delay in supplier payments. 2. No assurance of PLI even after it is part of CTC 3. No canteen facilities only tea & biscuit which is defination of there breakfast. 4. Only one bus and one route either take it where it may be or leave it. 5. Run more for deviation than quality. 6. Poor transparency with employees & business partners. 7. You health check will be done but report will not know what is your health card. 8. Seniors level working style is horrible either love it or leave it.

There number of gear cutting, turning, and many other machines were u can operate, do the setting and Learn how transmission works When all the parts are assembled... A great platform were u can learn and have experience.

Dislikes

Work pressure very much... Risk of getting parts rejected due to machine problems as there are some old machines.

Likes

Worked with friendly people, and got good training about the company and rules regulations and policies, got good knowledge about quality.

Dislikes

Daily overtime for 4 hours was not the good part of my experience in divgi and we were paid with very less salary
