Extremely political chain of people . Biased and uneducated no IT professionals recruited for management. Director of the company is a woman who criticises her own employees and every manager is toxic and extremely obnoxious , no perks , no bonuses , no learning database , non employee centric environment . Favouritism is the best trend here . Management takes decision without discussing with employees , shift was adjusted without any team meeting . No transparency on any decisions .

However, there are instances where corporations fall short, displaying a glaring lack of sensitivity towards employees dealing with personal tragedies. In a poignant example of this, one company's callous actions underscored the importance of a compassionate workplace, raising concerns about the treatment of grieving employees. I, a dedicated employee of the company suffered the loss of my mother. Overwhelmed by grief, I took a bereavement leave to mourn and attend to family's needs during this trying time. Shockingly, upon my return to work, i was met with an unexpected blow - i was informed that i was being laid off due to "restructuring" within the company. The timing and manner of this decision left me questioning the company's priorities and its commitment to supporting its employees during their most vulnerable moments. Every workplace is composed of individuals with unique experiences, emotions, and needs. A compassionate and supportive work environment acknowledges the human element, treating each employee with empathy and respect. When a company fails to recognize this crucial aspect, as Corporation's actions, it not only damages its reputation but also inflicts emotional distress upon its employees.
