Workforce spends more their quality time on sales reviews rather than spending on more opportunities. Don't come as a Sr TM or TM . You will be slave of KAM,ASM,ZSM and every one . Poor service of material dispatch

As a Hygiene expert you got see and have great opportunity to learn the hygiene Business at great extent. All the cutting edge technology we got to see first being the market leader in India, and several fast hand application gives great opportunity to learn new projects executions'.

As well as the Appreciation salary wise is very average compared 5 years back, so talent pool is poor, resulting poor competition which resisting individuals learning growth. And with time the annual salary increment is pretty less, for this talented experienced human assets are leaving the organization, this further reduces the learning opportunities for the new joiners.

Poor HR department and policies, Leadership team is self centric and doesn't care about the juniors. Biased and partial attitude of leaders. No growth and development. Good to work only for 2-3 years.

It is great company. RSM and business director are very much clear with their work and similarly they pass on to their team but on other hand some of the ASMs do not clear with their work. They just try to pass on their responsibility to their juniors.

Dislikes

No work life balance, It is very hectic and there is lot of work load.

Likes

Culture of the company is good with positive environment. One can have good work life balance, good innovation projects are there, people are technically very sound and talented.

Dislikes

Career growth is not much due to the flat structure of the company and hence there are no reportees till senior manager level
