... at customers places ,even you are in hospital or in jungle you got to attend . Worst thing is rate cutting is there but eventually no one accepts and you are never on your targets . Workforce spends more their quality time on sales reviews rather than spending on more opportunities. Don't come as a Sr TM or TM . You will be slave of KAM,ASM,ZSM and every one . Poor service of material dispatch

Flexible timings but huge working hours and no work life balance. Growth is very limited.

Very poor mgmt , documentation is huge, no growth and no big monetory benifits , unnecessary bossism and micro mgmt. Huge targets and so many business verticals to be handled.

Poor HR department and policies, Leadership team is self centric and doesn't care about the juniors. Biased and partial attitude of leaders. No growth and development. Good to work only for 2-3 years.

It is great company. RSM and business director are very much clear with their work and similarly they pass on to their team but on other hand some of the ASMs do not clear with their work. They just try to pass on their responsibility to their juniors.

Dislikes

No work life balance, It is very hectic and there is lot of work load.
