Help me with in hand salary
Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

I would not like to suggest anyone to join this organization.

Hi everyone, I am currently working in this organization as a software Support Engineer. First of all if you got selection they ask to submit your original marksheet. My teammates are very good and helpful but the owner and manager are very rude. There are no job security no career growth no timely appraisal and much more politics with employee in this organization. In this organization if you need short leave they deduct your help day. It's so amberise. I never suggest anyone to join this organization.
