Egocentric MD doing business as show piece, poor decision, abusive nature, no respect of employees, SOP, system failure, recruiting employees from their own relationship and discrimination. Working life is very poor.

Dislikes

Arrogance discrimination and poor work life balance. No job security. MD is confusing at decision making stage.
