...en after 5 years, they won't provide an experience letter or a relieving letter. Oh, and don’t even think about getting a salary slip. 3. For new joiners, they’ll tell you, “We provide 3 months of training,” but after 1 month, they’ll say, “You're so good at your work, just get to it,” and expect you to work like a laborer. 4.Most importantly, they claim the relieving letter and experience letter are the same thing. What a well-organized company! 5.Promotions and increments are like pocket change here. 6.They don’t provide salary slips. 7. don’t expect any urgent or important leave to be granted. 8. Office politics are toxic, and the manager’s behavior is harsh sometimes. 9.The salary? It’s like penny. 10. After 1 year, you're allowed 6 consecutive days off, but the catch is they'll only give you time off when they don't have work—not when you actually need it.

I went for the interview. The HR told me that you will be paid only Rs. 8000 per month as this the new organization and

...nd also training rooms available. They only gives more priority to the business. The salary is also very low and the employees are forced to work in rotational shifts. There is no future in these organization. This is not a registered and ISO certified organization. They does not give any respect to the new joiners. They only run the organization for the profit. They also ask to work even on week off. There is no canteen facilities as well as no travelling facilities. All toxic substances such as tobacco, cigarettes, alcohol, etc are eaten in the office and shared with others. Kindly terminate to any client at any time. No eco-friendly environment. The HR and CEO is not interested in any upgradation. HR is only interested to earn for herself and her family. There is no appraisals in any post as well as in salary. No proper planning and coordination. It is a just working like a donkey. It is a very stupid company, never join this company. Like selfish business person. I pray to all new joiners, that please don't visit to this organization for the purpose of job in your life.
