Pathetic company to work with. They follow bulk hiring and bulk firing. Dont go for just because of salary. They will give you salary but after that they will make you work like a slave. They will also force you to work on sat sun. So just for the sake of money don’t ruin your mental peace.

They force people to put down resignation letter. So that they dnt need to terminate anyone and dnt need to compensate for the same.

... a month they treat you like a liability and plan things out to let you go.. the company is a shit literally a shit where there is no communication flow between directors and recruiters!!! They provide salary and taunt you for that as well… Never work with this company if you need your life to be peaceful.. there’s no work life balance, there’s a director who is a shit so so egoistic that she only speaks wrong has no valid points ever.. doesn’t even know how recruitment works.

Everyone and everything is bad. They can ask you to leave at any point without prior notice or communication. Just double faced peeps seeking their own benefits. Everyone grows there by such bad actions only. Nothing positive…

Pure target based company. If you don't achieve daily target you will be told to extend your shift. Will be forced to resign if you don't achieve targets consistently.

Only salary, and just because they give you base salary, they reduce incentive percentage to 2%, where as in other companies it is upto 8%

...eniors are good. Good for learning that is also because of some of the trainers. Salary is good. Very few managers are supportive.

No work life balance. Shift ends at 3a.m. but will never leave you before 3:45 a.m. to 4:00 a.m. Too much work pressure. No job security at all. Politics at it’s peak and the ones licking a## will survive longer others going to be kicked out. They will say work only for the shifts you’re allotted but will never let you go even if you’ve met your targets. Will never give you leaves until and unless you’re sick that too go one day and show it to them that you’re sick so that you can take leave for the next day. No holidays you need to work on holi diwali etc etc only holidays you’ll be getting on is Christmas and a few in the whole year. Overall stressful since it’s onsite too and you need to continuously look at the screen and all that pressure and lectures you’ll be getting from team lead feels more like a school rather than a office.
