However, there are a few potential aspects that some individuals may find challenging or less preferable about working at Distribution Logistics Infrastructure (DLI): 1. Workload and stress: The logistics industry can be fast-paced and demanding, with tight deadlines and high-pressure situations. Some employees may find the workload and stress levels challenging to manage. 2. Long or irregular working hours: Logistics operations often require around-the-clock monitoring and may involve extended or irregular work hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. This can sometimes disrupt work-life balance for some individuals. 3. Physical demands: Depending on the role, working at DLI might involve physical labor or lifting heavy objects. Employees who prefer a less physically demanding job may find this aspect challenging. 4. Work environment: Certain logistics facilities, such as warehouses or transportation hubs, may have noisy or physically demanding working conditions that some individuals may find less favorable. 5. High responsibility and decision-making: Some roles at DLI may involve significant responsibilities, decision-making, and accountability for outcomes.
