1. Very high expectations in terms of KRA’s 2. Management is run by friends and family 3. They can ask you to leave anytime due to non performance or anything related. 4. They laid off employees during Covid which is a bad sign 5. Pricing of their product is very high whoch leads to unacceptance in the market

Fast paced growing organization Laptop provided of good quality

Company is fully remote nobody knows who is doing what over there They do not need managers they need labours They want everything fast fast fast Like if you get an email they expect you not to breath but get an reply This is clear example of failed planning Company is under tremendous pressure to grow They lack confidance a lot of times Human aspect missing Hire and fire policy They hire and bluff people they do not have plans for you everything is trial and error and if you don't cit they fire you in no time under name of business needs Ease don't join here leaving your stable jobs They see evryone as labour People are selfish and will not help each other self centered people Longer working hours no facilities Office spaces lack even basic necessities All focus on profit no employee well being No suprise if they fly off ahut off within next 24 months

It' a Kiddish corporate and not short than hellish....HR called Ruchita Padve promising "You won't be left alone anytime" and as an experience this company did exact opposite. HR Ruchita Padave and hiring manager Anumeha Verma lied saying "It is a permanent job" but in reality the position was "Contract" They have hired all headless freshers in HR & UT support who can not support experienced professionals. They have simply forgotten to keep hierarchy in place. One fine day you will be laid off stating "We have decided to lay off certain employees" Shameless company and shameless people Employees take pride in acting like a chat bot The employee who boasts about company culture in LinkedIn post ridiculously is laid off after 4 months asking for jobs.
