The colleagues at Disha HR Services were helpful and we used to feel like a family working together. The location of Goregaon office was good, as it was nearby station. The office was well setup. The work culture was good as the bosses used to treat employees as a part of their family.

Dislikes

There was no learning, as work there was monotonous. The work timings also were a big issue, as working overtime everyday was a normal thing. We got to call the boss everday before leaving, tell him about the day's work, hear advices everyday from him and then get compared with other colleagues everyday. The worst part was the miserly nature of the bosses.
