Worst experience! Totally full of office politics. Extreme work pressure. They even did not give leave if someone even die. Never recommend this organisation to any one.

... from which background you are. All the employees are work together as a family. They pay us as per renumeration. We have the facility of gratituty and profident fund also we get good incentives and increament per year. There is always an open door policy, you can contact with HR anytime. Also we get 31 paid leave in year for emergency purpose. And at last we get know about different cases, different diseases and their maintainance system.

Dislikes

Working environment is not good. Patients do not behave properly . They use offensive language with employee but employee should behave always politely with them. HR do not care about it.

At first I would like to deliver you my heartly thanks for a strong support to staffs in this pandemic situation. Company always tries to secure their staffs about job. Payment policies are also transparent. Work culture is very friendly and familier. Company management tries thier best to resolve any problem in a positive way as much as possible. Training session and classes are there to improve staff's skills and increase there knowledge.

Dislikes

As a staff, we appreciate the positive sides of our Company. But there are some negative points are also present. Behaviour of some staffs is not good. Mainly, the way of throwing or talking tone. Their are particular some staffs, don't maintain their normal etiquettes. Just like - they shouts to the on duty optometrist that they adviced wrong power, in front of patient( not all time or not all staffs) . Nothing more, just I want to say that like another staffs, Optometrists can be behaved in respectful manner.

This company totally disappointing organization. They select candidates in the interview board and after completing documentation and issuing offer letter, they says that they are selected better candidate. Actually they harrash mentally to candidate. Both management HR Department and also accounts team are fickle minded. They have not prthoper procedure against new joining. There are too much perciality in this organization.
