Lab and network Friendly environment untill you work hard

Dislikes

I have worked at kothrud branch.This review varies with branches. They wont paid your own salary on time. You literally have to ask them many times. They paid you per day not per month as they have mentioned in interview (salary) internal politics. No career growth. They just want admissions and for that they are playing blindly with needy students. Taking 100₹ fees for enquiries

Disha computer works very desperately to give more relevant information to students about there course. With affordable fee structure provides career oriented courses.

Dislikes

Disha computer can start with more new courses.

As a teacher I enjoyed my teaching, but as a student I can say that the institute was really inappropriate to learn there.

Dislikes

Not getting payment on regular time, less teaching staff, bad working computers, and so on.

Staff is excellent, good for improving skills and leanrning new things...work experience is also good as a trainer...nice

Dislikes

They arrange batches as per the student time requirement. it is frustrating to conduct 3-4 batches at the same time.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
