Work life balance is maintained, 5 days working and leaves are good. Salary is not up to mark, bad distribution of salary, 10% of actual CTC is performance based incentive, of which you will get only 40-50% or nothing, totally depends on your manager. 2-5% salary hike per annum. No growth opportunities.

Dislikes

There is no any growth opportunities,top management is full of old age people which take longer than expected time for any approval. Work culture is good no any politics, friendly environment. Work from home is very good here

Quality products and had a all India number one company and second largest in Asia,the plus point is employee re hiring policy in the company colleagues came from various cultural backgrounds

Compensation is decent but growth is slow not recognized individual strenghs

Good Culture Of the Company. Healthy relationship within employees and senors. Work Life Balance and Good salary growth on time.

Old product technologies, market competition, Price War and Company Policies.

...requirement, no such boundaries. Reporting time is flexible 9:30 to 10:30 A.M. Salary get credited on time.

Dislikes

No carrier growth and poor remuneration. Unorganised company with confused policies. No work ethics and now work Life balance. Seniors have very less practical experience and even they don't do they job. They only used to sit in office in field sales job also. During covid lock down they forced the manpower to go to field without providing any safety kits and proper mask. Every day there is new policies for trade partners and they don't give the payout to dealers and distributors.

...t bother what their employees doing they love to stay within their comfort zone. Zone level bosses waste company's money in unnecessary trip and accommodation where off role employees struggle with their horrible package. No action against data and feedback collected from market. service is horrible and sales team struggle for them.those are lucky who have good knowledge of oiling and battering. Management can do everything without any notice, a morning my boss called me and ask to resign my whole team with me without any prior notice while my team was doing best in my region and when I got my release letter It shows I leave my job for personal issue. It is the most dirty joke in my professional life.
