...are a fresher , go with it, it teaches the fresher much more than he can expect. No doubt this company is excellent when it comes to culture, salary, experience, learnings appraisal etc. Everything is i would say good.

Senior level management(Institutional business-PAN India) doesn't know the ground reality they just relax in office with high packages and pressurise executives only. They don't know anything about system although they are senior.

I dislike a lots of things 1 ) Traing Issue regarding Claim And Application Kwonledge For Employees. 2) Very Lengthy Claim Process 3) Mr Rajat Paliwal as Jabalpur Team Cluster. Is Very Dangerous For Your Health. 4) Unnecessary Watcho Sales 5) This is My Personal Opinion I felt.. You Have to manage Sales and Service Both. So You don't Fulfill your KPI.. Kuchh na kuchh chhut hi jayega.. And Some Areas Other DTH Companies Taking over .. you have to start work from 0. So Be Ready... Aap kam karna bhi chahoge to Rajat ji apko karne Nhi denge.... No Apprission No Guidence No Motivation Only Bully On Daily Meeting Call. Or Last yadi Join Karna hi hai koi option hi nhi to Package bahut bada kar hi mange... kyoki travel or target m last Tak apko 0 hath lagega..
