I have to work 9 to 10 hours a day, Good salary, Strict management, Trainings, work pressure is very high, no appreciation, senior manager Strict, Strict Safety, No entertainment, work life balance, travel. job satisfaction

3 times Food , for that they deduct amount irrespective you present or obsent.

Dislikes

Worse management, toxic & Micro management, irrelevant tasks &targets, the tasks assign and alarm from directly through MD, if you have mouth closing full time and head tilting habit u will always have place here.

Good for freshers who are eager to learn. Good senior level people who teach u how the system really work in construction field.

Strict timings, 8.30am to 10.00pm, no work life balance, can't do anything besides work

There won't be any job security,managing work life balance is impossible,company policies are horrible

No respect for engineers,no timings in work,no career growth and salary increment,and administration don't give value to person
