Good job have been doing in the department and satisfied. Still I gave to serve for 23 year more and hope for better service. Only I have the required qualification for the post of superintendent of our my Jambari High Madrassa out of all the employees and I deserve it for the betterment of the institution as well as the department.

Dislikes

No response to the qualifiers but only senior employees regarding head of institution. It is also remarkable that there are many HOI having invalid educational qualifications. I think it is a matter of investigation and should take necessary action.
