All are good in that company means teammates, work environment. my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds but our bonding is very good we work happily I would like to rehire policy here

All are good here but here work base on the contract period that's why there is no salary growth and appraisal

Job security, skill development and learning, work-life balance, relaxing and comfortable environment and provision of occasional snacks.

Dislikes

-GLP not followed: Lab coats are meant to be worn by chairs and not their officers. -Toxic work culture: School lifestyle followed by actual senior officers (consistently humiliating infront of others, value for just own work and not others even though resolution of ALL criminal cases are just equally important) -Poor utilisation of abundantly available Government resources (starting from drinking water to chemicals!) -Poor documentation practices (All instrumentation logbooks not maintained) -Chemicals not maintained (Unlabelled reagents collecting dust instead of disposal, leaky bottles for reagents like Chloroform and Diethyl Ether even though they are CNS-acting drugs by itself, no separate chimney chambers available for them but an open room with fans so that everyone feels drowsy and sleepy the whole afternoon)
