Good management, Java freshers and 2-5 years experienced people have lot of scope to improve.

Dislikes

more then 5 years have less scope for improve technically and hike wise. Worst Notice Period rule based on salary.

Flexible working hours and Good projects if you're lucky, They have very much to offer in terms of opportunity if you're hungry for it.

Dislikes

Micromanagement, no health insurance, no bonuses or benefits. Random rules for WFH/WFO.

Nothing is good in this organization. If you are going to join as fresher then you must have to sign a bond of 18 months and this organisation is not suitable for experience person.

Overall management is not good. This is not pure IT company. They work on Legacy project with existing clients only. Not dealing with new projects with latest technologies.

Great company. You will get lot of opportunities to learn. Since the hierarchy is not deep, your work gets recognised pretty easily and helps you to claim your appraisal. Client is also pretty cool and very understanding. Over all I would say a very good company to start with. But as I said the hierarchy is not deep. So if you wish to grow up the ladder, you might not get much opportunity and might need to search out. Definately a good firm!!!

It’s a very good company in terms of updating your skills as it keeps updating the frameworks to the latest stable versions. HR and Admin are very kind and helping. Overall staff if cool and less politics as compared to other companies.

Dislikes

Time sheets are there. Performance is a key point they focus on.
