Some employees are doing politics on other persons and most of employees are maintaining relationship with vendors in wrong ways that's why company not going in profit side.

Senior was not supportive and there are nothing growth for future& very political environment and working culture are very poor neither time fix nor working hour i worked 22 hour per day in lockdown but on paper only 9 hour count

Good work environment and culture Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent there is huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

first of all thanks to diptap ventures because my first logistics transport job ,and I have more learning operations skill, I really like the company, covid timing iam working on the my home , diptap ventures is really supporting that time, because Full salary provided and good coordinate
